| Q. How I can play audio/video files? A. To play a video file just double-click its name (if the "Info tips" option is enabled you can also press the "Play" button displayed in the preview window).

Error messages. |
| Q. I can't connect to a newsgroup, I have an error
when I try to connect: Socket error #11001(#11004). What does that mean ? A. Socket error #11001(#11004) occurs because of some bandwidth troubles (either yours or your news server's). Try to reconnect later.

| Q. What does the "Connection closed
gracefully" message mean? A. This means that a timeout has occured (no data has been sent or received within a certain period of time). Try to reconnect again.

| Q. I've got "Connection explicitly refused by
NNTP server" message. What does that mean ? A. This error usually occurs because you have no permissions to use this newsserver. Try to connect to your ISP's one.

| Q. I am novice here. How I can connect to newsserver? A. You should to know your newsserver name (It usually looks like news.your_provider.com). Just create new account for it (click here to have more info...) and press the "Connect  "
toolbar button.

newsserver? A. AOL doesn't provide a standard NNTP news server, but you can use some third-party news server. Click here to find one.

Usage. |
| Q. I click on a message, it's downloaded and then
disappears. What happens ? A. This message doesn't contain any files of supported types or contains a damaged one.
