"Proxy host name or IP address" -
specify the proxy server's name or IP address here. You can specify
either the proxy server's network name (like PROXY1) or its IP address
(like 192.168.1.2).

"Proxy port" - determines the port
on which the proxy server is set up (1080 by default).

Select your proxy server's version from
the "Socks proxy version" drop-down list (usually it is Socks4).

"Username (login)" - enter here
the user name used to authenticate you on the proxy server. Supported by
the Socks5 proxies only.

"Password" - specify the password
to access the proxy server. Supported by the Socks5 proxies only.
